Actors can either be booked on the basis of an ALL-IN PICTURE DEAL or at a DAILY SHOOTING RATE.

Producers who wish to book actors on an ALL-IN PICTURE DEAL will need to provide a contract. This contract must be agreed and signed before the actor travels to any location for shooting.

Below is the download link for the fluid Booking Form that serves as a guide for Producers and Casting Directors who wish to book an actor at a Daily Shooting Rate for a Feature Film or TV Commercial.

1. Please complete as accurately and as fully as possible. Print, sign, scan & email to: fluidfilmco@gmail.com

2. On confirmation, fluid will issue an Invoice for the Booking Fee Payment/Deposit (25% of Gross Total, subject to VAT, Withholding Tax).

3. On receipt of the Booking Fee Payment to fluid by cash/cheque/transfer the booking is confirmed by means of a Receipt that will be issued by fluid.

4. The Balance of Payment (75% of Gross Total) should be made to the talent directly, in separate installments on a daily/weekly basis and in full by the final shooting day of the booking.

5. Dates can be changed but not cancelled. Booking of additional days and talent require a separate sheet.
